When you explore
Saved inspiration, design drafts, motion preferences and any previously saved consultation preferences stay in your browser’s local storage. Body measurements are excluded from saved drafts. Use “Manage saved designs” on the homepage or your browser’s site-data controls to clear local preferences. A private brief download stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
When you send an enquiry
We receive the name, email, phone number and design or consultation preferences you submit, plus a record of your contact consent. If you separately choose to include body measurements, we receive those measurements and their units too. We use these details to review your request, contact you and arrange the next steps. An enquiry is not an accepted order or a confirmed appointment.
Where the information goes
Requests are stored in the boutique’s private website backend. Contact information may also be recorded in the connected Jetpack CRM. Accepted orders and their commercial details are managed separately in WooCommerce. Submitted contact details and measurements are encrypted in the request queue and visible to authorised boutique administrators. Private staff notes are kept in the backend. Hosting and security systems may process technical request logs; form limits use a temporary hashed network identifier to reduce abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep request information while it is needed for the boutique conversation and any resulting service. Boutique administrators can delete requests when they are no longer needed. Accepted-order records may need different retention. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, and avoid including sensitive information in general design notes.
WhatsApp and social links
WhatsApp support opens a third-party service. The website includes only a generic greeting, or an enquiry reference when you choose to follow up; it does not attach your measurements or full design brief. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and linked reference sites handle information under their own terms and privacy notices.
