From inspiration to an enquiry

Explore the lookbook, collect references and send your design preferences through the personal atelier. We provide a reference after your request is saved. It is a conversation starter, not an order, quote or appointment confirmation.

Before your piece is made

Confirm the actual fabric, final design, measurements and garment ease, price and any applicable taxes, payment arrangements, fittings, production schedule and delivery with the boutique. Available materials and design feasibility are checked personally.

Shipping, alterations and returns

The boutique will confirm applicable shipping costs, delivery arrangements, alteration options, cancellation and returns terms before an order is accepted. These depend on the piece and destination. Ask the boutique for the terms that apply to your piece and destination before confirming the order.

Appointments

A submitted preferred date and time is a request. Queen Chic confirms availability and the meeting location or video arrangements separately.

Tracking an accepted order

Use “Track your order” on the homepage with the WooCommerce order number and billing email. Courier details appear once the boutique adds them. An enquiry reference is separate from an order number.
